    Introduction

    It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you have in mind, and we ask about use, style and budget. Photos, sketches or inspiration images are welcome.

    Measuring

    We visit to measure the space and look at the situation: walls, floors, pipes and connections. That way we avoid surprises during the work.

    Proposal

    Based on the conversation and the measurements, we work out a proposal: the solution, materials, finish and price. Clearly on paper, so you know where you stand.

    Planning

    Once you approve, we schedule the work together with you. We order materials and prepare the work, so everything runs smoothly and neatly on site.

    Execution

    Where possible we prepare parts in the workshop. On site we work carefully and keep the workplace tidy. We keep you informed of the progress.

    Handover

    We go over the result together with you. Is everything right and are you happy? Then we hand over the work, including maintenance tips.

How does a project work?
We start with an introduction, take measurements on site, make a proposal and then schedule the work. After completion, we go over everything together with you.
Do you also arrange other tradespeople, such as an electrician or plumber?
Yes. For larger renovations, Smart Timmerwerk can act as the main contractor. We coordinate the work and collaborate with reliable electricians, plumbers, plasterers, roofers and other tradespeople where needed. You have one point of contact.
Can I stay at home while the work is being done?
In most cases, yes. We discuss beforehand how we'll work and keep the disruption to a minimum.
